| The Baldrige Quality Award was established in 1987 to recognize business performance excellence. Today Baldrige criteria are used on annual basis by many organizations to help improve practices and capabilities.
This module will show how Baldrige criteria can be used as tool for managing performance, planning, and assessment. In addition it will demonstrate how the criteria can assist organizations enhance their competitiveness through focusing on increasing value to customer as well as improving the overall performance capabilities.
