Review Organizational Structure / Charts
Review Organizational Objectives & Expected Strategic Results
Review Job Descriptions

Identify whether the candidate must perform as a change agent or will conduct business as usual.

Identify qualified candidates & verify educational
credentials, references, business credentials and
prior work experience through extensive
pre-screening and background checks

Match proper candidate & conduct interviews for
finalist screening. Select top candidates for
company interview

Provide, if requested, detailed criminal background
and drug test results

Fee Schedules:
We
will provide upfront fee schedules and, in good faith,
work with clients to accomplish a win-win situation
for all parties to the transaction(s).
Fee Agreement:
To
be determined on a case-by-case basis, not to exceed
35%, upon receiving letter of intent from the
clients. AIHER meets clients’ needs and budget in
accordance with their resource allocations.
