 Leadership for Professionals Training

AIHER offers customized workshops and trainings at multi-levels to prepare and advance managers to leadership positions. This program is specially designed to help both the public and private sector managers to improve their leadership skills and facilitate the upward mobility of senior staff and managers to achieve organizations' objectives and goals.

Upon completion of our full day workshops, attendees shall receive one Continuing Education Unit (CEU), and a joint certificate from California State University, DH or Chapman University & American Institute of Higher Education Resources.
